LaabamOne empowers every team member to make a difference through our structured volunteer programme. Each full-time employee receives three paid Volunteer Days per year — time that can be used individually or combined with team events. Since the programme launched, our workforce has collectively contributed over 4,500 volunteer hours to community causes across India, Ireland, and Australia.

Skills-based volunteering is where we create the most value. Our accountants prepare free tax returns for low-income families, our IT engineers set up computer labs for rural schools, and our ERP consultants help non-profits streamline their operations with pro-bono system implementations. This approach aligns professional expertise with genuine community need.

Our Matching Donation Program doubles the impact of individual giving: for every dollar an employee donates to an approved charity, LaabamOne contributes an equal amount up to a specified annual cap. Combined with team fundraising events — charity runs, bake sales, and cultural evenings — the programme has channelled significant funds to causes our people care about.

Recognising Our Volunteers

Outstanding volunteers are celebrated at our annual awards ceremony with the LaabamOne Community Champion award. Winners receive additional paid volunteer days and a donation grant to the charity of their choice. This recognition reinforces the message that community service is valued at the highest levels of the organisation.
