LaabamOne dedicates a portion of every practice area's capacity to pro-bono work — free professional services for qualifying non-profit organisations, social enterprises, and community groups. Since 2006 we have provided over 2,500 hours of complimentary accounting, tax, IT, and advisory services to organisations that could not otherwise afford Big 4-calibre expertise.

Our pro-bono engagements follow the same quality standards as paid client work: dedicated project managers, documented deliverables, and post-engagement reviews. Non-profits in Madurai receive statutory audit and GST filing support, charities in Ireland benefit from year-end accounts preparation, and community organisations in Melbourne access IT infrastructure setup and cyber-security assessments.

Eligibility is assessed through a transparent application process managed by our CSR committee. Priority is given to organisations focused on education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and community development. Each approved engagement is assigned a senior partner sponsor to ensure accountability and timely delivery — because pro-bono clients deserve the same rigour as any Fortune 500 engagement.

Apply for Pro Bono Support

Organisations interested in pro-bono support can submit an application through our website. The CSR committee reviews applications quarterly, evaluating alignment with our focus areas, community impact potential, and organisational maturity. Successful applicants are onboarded within four weeks.

Each pro-bono engagement includes a feedback survey that measures client satisfaction and social outcomes. Over 95 percent of our pro-bono clients report that the services received materially improved their operational capacity and compliance posture.
