The first phase of our growth (2006–2012) focused on building an unshakeable foundation in accounting, tax, and financial compliance. We hired rigorously — recruiting professionals with Big 4 training and CA/CPA credentials — and invested in methodology development to ensure consistent quality. This foundation earned us the trust that fueled everything that followed, including our expansion into ERP consulting with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce capabilities.
The second phase (2012–2020) was defined by geographic expansion and technology diversification. Opening offices in Ireland and Australia gave us global reach, while investments in software development, cloud services, and cyber security transformed us from a finance-focused firm into a full-stack IT and business solutions company. Today, our third phase focuses on digital transformation, AI, and automation — positioning LaabamOne for the next decade of growth.
