LaabamOne internships are designed to give you a genuine taste of professional services — not photocopying and observation, but meaningful contributions to live client engagements. Our 8-to-12-week programmes run in summer and winter cycles, accepting students pursuing CA, CMA, CS, engineering, and MBA qualifications.

Each intern is embedded within a service team and assigned a specific deliverable with guidance from a senior supervisor. Past interns have built financial models, configured ERP test environments, developed internal dashboards, and drafted tax computation schedules — real work that matters.

High-performing interns receive pre-placement offers, giving them a confirmed role at LaabamOne upon graduation. Over 60 percent of our interns convert to full-time employees, a testament to the quality of the programme and the calibre of talent attracted.
