LaabamOne publishes a comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report that details our progress, acknowledges our shortfalls, and outlines our commitments for the year ahead. This isn't a glossy marketing piece — it's an honest accounting of where we stand, backed by verifiable data from our 500+ member global workforce.
Each report covers workforce demographics, hiring and promotion data, pay equity analysis, ERG activities, training completion rates, and employee sentiment scores. We include year-over-year comparisons and benchmark data against industry standards so stakeholders can assess our performance in proper context.
The report is reviewed by our board before publication and made available to all employees, clients, and the public through our website. By holding ourselves accountable to external scrutiny, we maintain the urgency and authenticity that drive meaningful D&I progress across our offices in Madurai, Sligo, and Melbourne.
