Launching your career at LaabamOne means stepping into a structured programme that accelerates your growth from graduate to confident professional. Our entry-level track is designed for fresh CA, CMA, CS, B.Tech, and MBA graduates who are eager to learn on live client engagements rather than spending months in classroom simulations.

During the first 90 days you will complete a comprehensive onboarding programme covering LaabamOne's methodologies, tools, and quality standards. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor — a senior professional who guides your technical development and helps you navigate the professional services landscape.

We hire entry-level talent in cohorts, so you join alongside peers who share your ambition. This cohort model fosters camaraderie, healthy competition, and a support network that lasts throughout your career. Within your first year you will have contributed to multiple client projects across different industries.

Your First Year

In your first twelve months you will rotate across at least two service lines, giving you breadth of experience before you specialise. This rotation model helps you discover where your passion lies — be it tax advisory, cloud engineering, or ERP consulting — so you can make an informed career choice.

By your first anniversary you will have completed at least one professional certification, contributed to three or more client engagements, and received a formal career development plan that maps out your next three years at LaabamOne.
