Our multi-jurisdiction compliance framework harmonises requirements from the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Australia's Privacy Act, and sector-specific regulations such as anti-money laundering, tax-filing mandates, and professional-services standards.

The compliance function is led by a dedicated Chief Compliance Officer who reports directly to the board. A team of compliance analysts monitors regulatory developments in real time, performs gap analyses, and rolls out policy updates within 30 days of any legislative change. Automated compliance dashboards give leadership instant visibility into the status of obligations across every jurisdiction.

Annual compliance audits — both internal and external — validate the effectiveness of our controls. Findings are tracked through to remediation, and recurring themes inform our training calendar. Over the past three years we have maintained a 100 percent clean compliance record, with zero regulatory penalties or enforcement actions across all three jurisdictions.

Audit & Assurance

Our compliance programme includes annual internal audits and biennial external audits conducted by independent firms. Audit scope covers data-protection controls, financial-reporting compliance, anti-bribery procedures, and professional-licensing requirements. Every finding is assigned a severity rating and an owner-responsible for remediation.

The results are presented to the board's Audit Committee and summarised in our annual governance report.
