Our diversity metrics dashboard tracks workforce composition, hiring funnel conversion, promotion rates, retention, engagement scores, and pay equity across every dimension — gender, nationality, age, disability status, and role level — updated quarterly for our 500+ global team.
Data transparency is a core tenet of our D&I approach. Aggregated metrics are shared with all employees through quarterly town halls and published in our annual D&I report. Our D&I Council and board receive granular breakdowns that inform strategic decisions on where to invest, where we are progressing, and where gaps persist.
We go beyond representation numbers to measure inclusion — using validated survey instruments that assess psychological safety, belonging, voice, and equitable treatment.
