Inclusive Policies
LaabamOne's inclusive policies are designed around one principle: every team member should be able to do their best work without having to hide or compromise who they are. From flexible scheduling that accommodates religious observances to gender-neutral restrooms in all three offices, we proactively remove barriers before they become obstacles.
Our parental leave policy extends equally to all parents — birth, adoptive, and foster — with up to 26 weeks of paid leave in our Ireland office, 26 weeks in Australia, and enhanced maternity and paternity benefits in India that exceed statutory requirements. A structured return-to-work program ensures smooth transitions back into the team.
Accessibility is embedded into our physical and digital environments. Offices in Madurai, Sligo, and Melbourne meet or exceed local accessibility standards, and all internal tools and client deliverables are audited for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance so colleagues and clients with disabilities can fully participate.

Policy Into Practice
Policies are only as good as their implementation. LaabamOne appoints Inclusion Champions in each office who serve as first points of contact for questions, accommodation requests, and feedback. These champions receive specialized training and report directly to the D&I Council.
We review every policy annually through an inclusion lens, incorporating feedback from employee surveys, ERG recommendations, and legislative updates across India, Ireland, and Australia to ensure our policies remain progressive and practical.
