Technology infrastructure is enterprise-grade: dual-monitor workstations, high-speed fibre connectivity, video-conferencing suites with 4K cameras, and secure VPN access for remote work. Every office runs on the same standardised tech stack, ensuring seamless collaboration between locations without compatibility friction.

Our hybrid work policy gives team members the flexibility to split their week between office and home. We trust our people to choose the environment that maximises their productivity, while maintaining core collaboration days to preserve team cohesion and spontaneous idea exchange.
