Description
We are looking for an energetic and proactive <span data-start="333" data-end="362">Field Marketing Executive</span> to join our team. This role involves on-ground marketing activities, lead generation, client interaction, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, meet clients directly, and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- 2. 0–1 year of experience in Sales / Marketing (Freshers with strong interest in field sales are encouraged to apply)
- 3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- 4. Strong interest in field marketing, client interaction, and business development
- 5. Ability to generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
- 6. Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- 7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to work
- 8. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings
Responsibilities
- 1. Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- 2. Generate leads through direct marketing, references, and local market research
- 3. Approach and interact with prospective customers to explain products/services
- 4. Perform lead conversion and closing sales
- 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- 6. Manage existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- 7. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication
- 8. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing targets
- 9. Collect market feedback and report to the team
